UniFor. Work environments 2016 Studio Cerri & Associati

UniFor proposes a vision of the modern workplace transformed  into a realistic office environment aimed at fostering innovation  and socialization. A rational, comfortable and enjoyable place  to be. A flexible space that supports the natural rhythms  of collaboration and the sharing of resources. Protected by a continuous, full-height, facade-like glass partition,  the workspace is organized into four zones devoted to specific functions (a reception desk, a conference table, and two task areas), each enveloped by a sound-insulating circular partition element. These individual enclaves look onto a sort of agora  where people can meet, interact, and work together. Acoustic comfort and environmental well-being, flexibility,  and the informed and noninvasive use of technology are  the fundamental elements that guided the exhibition design.  The project was curated by Studio Cerri & Associati  and executed by UniFor through a series  of innovative proposals in terms of form, structure and type. The new solutions presented at Orgatec are defined by industrial design components with high aesthetic and functional content.  Coexisting and interacting in harmony, they integrate in a common vision aimed at refined simplification. Each of the components  was developed by Unifor in collaboration with prestigious  architects and design studios with whom the company has  worked for many years: Foster+Partners, Jean Nouvel Design,  Michele De Lucchi, Studio Cerri & Associati.
